When will I receive my order, and will I get a tracking code?
Your order will be inspected, sanitized, and shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving payment. Once shipped, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 3-9 business days. You'll also receive an email with a tracking code, allowing you to track your order anytime on our dedicated tracking page. If you don't receive your tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or if I'm not satisfied with it?
If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us with your order number and photos of the issue as soon as you receive the item. We'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
